The concept is ‘relationship driven’ rather than ‘cost driven’, enabling parties to establish expected standards, measured by achievable targets using performance indicators as the measurement tool. This approach provides a best value, cost-effective outcome.
Our Director is involved in the full time running of the business on a daily basis, unlike many of our corporate competitors we are a “hands on” organisation. We are highly experienced and resourceful in its endeavours to achieve total client satisfaction and secure its position as one of the industry’s leaders.

Vimal Dhunputh.
National Operations Manager
In his role of National Operations Manager, he has an opportunity to immerse himself in his passion for Public Relations and interaction with clients and staff.
Originally from Mauritius, and after completing his Bachelors in Communications and Marketing and a Postgraduate in Communication Studies, Vimal brings in more than 10 years’ experience in the industry.
Firmly based in Melbourne, he relishes in his role, the challenges and diversity that this brings and driving the business to the next level.
Alan Williams.
Administration Office Manager
Allan has over 30 years’ experience as an administration and office manager . His advice and assistance to our staff, supervisors, area managers and cleaners are to develop their skills and capabilities.
Allan has been with Brighten Services Australia for more than 10 years now and he is a valuable member with his extensive operational knowledge, organisation skills and work ethics.
Sean Williams.
OH&S Manager
Sean has several years’ experience in the cleaning and construction Industry as an OH&S manager and has extensive knowledge in Work Health and Safety.
Developing staff orientations, promote workplace safety, explain employment standards and legislation such as worker’s compensation, labour standards and Fair Work Practices. He is also experienced in all facets of cleaning and facilities services expertise in staff selection, training of staff, chemical suitability and use, quality assurance requirements and programming of cleaning schedules.
Lester De Zilva.
Business Development Manager
Lester has over 30 years’ experience in customer service, sales, and management. He relishes a challenge, and always looking to gain experience and professional growth. He has a strong customer service focussed background which is extremely valuable to Brighten Services Australia and his ability to forge and maintain relationships. Lester always looks forward to meet with prospective clients and creating long lasting partnerships.

State Manager NSW
Experienced with a demonstrated history of working in the facilities services industry, Ivan is firmly based in NSW and has been with Brighten Services Australia for almost 5 years now. Ivan understands the value of working together with the clients to create a long-lasting working relationship. He makes sure Brighten Services Australia delivers the required scope and expectations of our clients. He has been influential in developing our client base in NSW as well as refining the methods and structures of our operations.

Deepa has been leading our team in Western Australia for over 4 years now, and she oversees the delivery of our services across all our sites, providing our staff and clients with knowledgeable advice. With a strong background from the sales and customer care industry, she is also responsible in seeking out new business opportunities. Deepa takes her role with energy and enthusiasm and continues to lead by example to motivate her onsite teams to consistently deliver high standards of cleaning and customer service excellence.

Interior & Exterior Design Consultant
With a unique background in design, and over 15 years of experience within the hospitality industry, Amy has helped businesses reshape their thinking of how customers and employees interact within the space – from detailed wall murals and menu design, to the renovation of established and establishing businesses. She has also helped individuals decorate their homes with furniture, fixtures and plant selection, procurement and commissioned art.
Passionate about horticulture and sustainability, ornamental plant design and specialising in bonsai, Amy strives for beauty and efficiency in every space, from residential to commercial, and is driven to helping clients reach their dream interior and garden design goals.
